The Colorado Rockies trimmed off five more spots off their Spring Training roster as they sent Dexter Fowler, Christian Colonel, Chris Nelson, Joe Gaetti, and Neil Wilson down to minor league camp. None of these players were expected to make the opening day roster for the Rockies, so they will continue to get some work in during Spring Training. This time it will just be with other minor leagues and not the big league team.
