The Colorado Rockies got a taste of their own medicine Wednesday night. The Rockies beat the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday with a go-for-broke race around the bags by Troy Tulowitzki in the 13th inning. On Wednesday, the White Sox turned the tables when Carlos Quentin scored from third on a shallow fly to right field in the ninth inning for a 3-2 victory.

Rather, he said the White Sox got what they deserved.

Jhoulys Chacin has been close to perfect in June, until he took the hill with the wind blowing out at Wrigley Field. Carlos Pena and Aramis Ramirez each homered twice, three of those shots coming off Chacin, leading the Chicago Cubs to a 7-3 win over the Colorado Rockies on Monday. Chacin (8-5) struggled with his command and lost for the first time in four decisions, allowing season highs with six…

Perhaps the Colorado Rockies were a bit spooked by Yankee Stadium. Jim Tracy knew the Rockies were in trouble after just one inning. CC Sabathia had mowed through the top three hitters in his batting order, striking out two of them, and the New York Yankees had already pushed across a couple of runs. "When you're facing a guy the magnitude of CC Sabathia, you can't give them a four- or five-run head start," the Rockies' manager said following…
